I had the impression that the bank could come in and take my house at any point! Nick took the time to explain the foreclosure process and put me at ease. He explained the steps that would take place. He also gave me a general idea of how long each step could take. With this new knowledge I am able to make better decision that are based on my best interest and not fear. Nick has been extremely helpful reviewing all options that are available to me and the pros and cons of each.
